Being connected to the harvest includes the breaking of the gifts. We are committed to following safe food handling procedures in how we process, store, transport these gifts from creation. Our volunteers are seasoned in the art of processing both fish and game, we own a professional grade protein grinder as well as professional grade coolers to help us keep these gifts in the safe zone until they are properly donated to the organizations that accept wild game and fish for our hungry neighbors.
